Margaritas and boat rides seem like a long way off today at Choctaw Lake. The winter storm dumped at least 12 inches of snow, and now we are watching the wind pick up to blow it all around.
I was in the middle of a meeting yesterday when the snow started falling, and I had a hard time concentrating as I watched golf ball-sized flakes fall from the sky. Up to that point, I successfully ignored all the forecasts. I made it home and felt the cabin fever begin to settle in my bones. It was far too early in the storm to feel that squirrely.
