Curried Turkey Lentils

5 cups of turkey broth (or chicken)
4 cups of roasted shredded turkey (or chicken)
2 small hot peppers – as hot as you can find
2 TBS sweet curry
¼ cup honey
¼ tsp. toasted onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 bay leaves
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup dry lentils

Cut hot peppers in half and add to the pot with all the other ingredients except lentils. Bring to a soft boil, add lentils and let simmer until lentils are soft – about ½ hour. Each cup has 246 calories, 8.4 grams fiber, 16 grams of protein and 0 grams of fat. It works out to about 4 points on WW. If you want to use artificial sweetener in place of the honey, you can subtract 60 calories (and 1 Point) per serving, but I’m trying really hard to avoid artificial schtuff.
