Tuna Salad

1 large packet of tuna packed in water
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tsp. garlic powder, salt and dill blend
1 large carrot chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
¼ c. fat free mayonnaise
1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
2 dill pickles

Mix ingredients, chill and serve. I like to mix lots of veggies with tuna and chicken salad because it makes it go further on the bun or bread. Enjoy.

Nutrition: the entire bowl has about 200 calories if you use fat free mayo and it made two cups – woo hoo. When is the last time you actually ate a cup of tuna salad for about a 100 calories? I didn’t calculate the veggies or pickles – they are freebies in my book.

As a side note when you watch the video – my kitchen cabinets are always open. It’s a horrible habit that I try to blame on everyone in the house, but I know I’m the culprit.
